Its that time again where I need some help and some recommendations. Well as recently blogged about, Ive been using Simples replenishing Rich Moisturiser for a while now, and I thought we were getting on fine, until now :(. The last 2 days Ive noticed Ive become really dry on my cheeks. So it needs sorting basically haha. So I need some recommendations for a good moisturiser for dry skin. It needs to be fast absorbing and not too thick, as at the moment my skin is oily-dry combination skin.
Any help and advice would be appreciated so much.
Thanks Ladies...

I hate heavy moisturisers so I prefer gel based! I am currently using a garnier one but my favourite is Clinique Moisture surge but its expensive! The body shop have a lot of new skin care ranges out! x
ReplyDeleteE45 cream, I know it's not fast absorbing but I've been using it as a night cream. A little goes a long way when well rubbed in. All the little bits of dry skin I had on my face have gone straight away. I forgot how good this stuff was.

I use Garnier UltraLift :) it's THE most moisturising thing I've ever put on my face but it doesn't feel heavy on your face or anything. It's anti-aging too, I might only be 18 but prevention is better than cure, right? Good luck hun :) xo
ReplyDeleteHey huni I use Vaseline Aloe Mositurising Gel its fab you should check it out... you can pick it up in Boots, Superdrug or Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys its only £4 or so xoxo
ReplyDeleteI have combination skin thats oily in the t zone and sometimes dry on the cheeks and Superdrug vitamin E moisturizer does a good job of moisturizing my skin. Also I find massaging Bio oil onto any dry patches really helps x
ReplyDeleteif you have access to avon i highly suggest trying Dry skin sos moisturiser. its amazing!! i only use it when im having dry days but it cures it straight away. Its about £2-£3 cant quiet remember but deffinatly worth a look and they do a great hand cream and body lotion aswell which are both worth checking out.

Argh..... I want to try them all!!!! The good thing is, that all your suggestions are right within my budget and easily bought while doing my grocery shopping, or online @ Avon or the Body shop.
