Well a few of you already know about my major nail disaster that I had a couple of weeks ago, but just incase you don't I ripped one of my nails off. Now when I say ripped, I mean literally ripped, it was basically near enough down to my cuticle and was pouring with blood :( and I'm not ashamed to admit I cried, not because it hurt but because I'd lost a nail haha. I had to cut all my other nails down too, to match which was even more traumatic, the things us women have to go through eh!
So anyway since my nail nightmare, Ive obviously not been able to paint my nails, cant exactly paint 9 of them and leave the poorly one haha and its been depressing me soooo much! I love nothing more than getting the kids in bed, chilling out and painting my nails (yeah I'm sad) so yesterday I thought "fu*k it... I'm getting some falsies to stick one on my poorly nail so I can paint them" so off I toddled in the snow, skidding all over the show in my car, to get me some nails. Stuck a falsie on, grabbed my new No.7 polish that Ive been dying to try since I got it in the FWP make up bag thing and painted my nails.
Isn't this just such a pretty colour, I adore it! Its a shimmery purple/pink and really does look stunning.The pics below are with 2 coats and a top coat.
I just have to show you the falsie too, because considering they were some cheap ones, £1.99 from Home Bargains, it looks pretty damn good. Obviously I cut it and filed it down though.

Ooh I was looking at this colour the other day and debating whether or not to get it, I think I should now I've seen this! But not until after IMATS!
