While shopping in Asda a couple for weeks ago I noticed they had these on special offer for £2.00, so I picked up a pack as I was running out of the Tesco Vitamin E ones that I was using at the time. In a way I'm sorry I picked them up because I was more than happy with my cheap Tesco ones, but now Ive tried these theres no going back. I'm on my second pack now, which I had to pay full price for which was £3.90. Now for me, that is a hell of a lot for a pack of face wipes, as I only use them to take off the majority of my make up anyway, I always wash my face with a facial wash afterwards.
Now I'm well aware they are for Mature skin, and well at 28 I would class my skin as no where near Mature, but I can't see them affecting my skin in anything but a positive way. They are enriched with vitamin C and magnesium, and work to deeply cleanse the face and eliminate impurities without drying out the skin.
So what do I think? - Well the first thing I love about these wipes, is the secure air tight, flip open lid. I hate the resealable sellotape packaging thing on most cleaning wipes, so this guarantees the freshness and makes sure they don't dry out on me once the packet has been opened. Now what makes these different from previous wipes Ive used, is how luxurious they feel, they are really thick and so so soft. Instead of just feeling like they are just something to get the majority of my make up off, I actually feel like they are doing my skin some good too. My skin feel so clean and moisturised after using them and I can admit that some nights I've not even bothered to wash my face after using them as Ive been confident enough that they've removed all my make up, plus with how soft them make my face feel after Ive used them, Ive not wanted to upset that so Ive just moisturised and missed giving my face that extra wash.
The only downside of these is the price, like I said earlier they aren't cheap at around £3.90. This hasn't put me off obviously though as Ive already purchased my second pack and paid full price. The benefit of these compared to the cheaper ones, is that sometimes with cheaper one I do end up using more than one, especially to remove my eye make up on nights where I basically can't be bothered with eye make up remover and just want to get the job done quickly, where as with these one does the job really efficiently.
Overall - Pricey, but worth it.
