Glamorous Cosmetics.

Hello Ladies...

A few weeks ago I was contacted by Glamorous Cosmetics and very kindly sent some products to review. The company was was founded in Greece in 2005 on a mission to create a fun and exciting, boutique line of cosmetics that combines both high quality and accessibility.

I was sent a wide variety of products to try which include two Lipsticks, 2 Nail Polishes, A lip Gloss, Single Eyeshadow, Lip/Eye Pencil, Eyeshadow set consisting of 5 shades and a Shadow stick.

All week long I have been using the products sent, to be able to give you my readers, a honest review of each.

The first product which caught my eye was the Lip/Eye Pencil which comes complete with a sharpener built into the Lid. How handy is that!? It is described as Waterproof and Soft with Vitamins A&E and I can honestly say that this statement is true to its word. It is nice and soft and I had no trouble smudging it to create a smokey eye. It also lasted a good few hours on my water line. Now although it does say its a Lip and Eye pencil... I'm sorry Glamorous but there was no way I was trying anything black on my Lips!

The single eyeshadow I received is a stunning silver grey and is actually one of the largest single eye shadows that I own. The palette consists of 5 shades.  Both are very pigmented and very soft and smooth. I have worn the single eyeshadow and the 2 nude colours from the pallet and each lasted all day on my eyes without any creasing. Although I will point out that I do near enough always wear UDPP and did wear it on the occasions that I was wearing these eyeshadow.

The two Lipsticks I received are from the Classic range and the Metallic range. The Classic Lipsticks are infused with Vitamin A&E and is designed to Hydrate and protect the Lips. The specially designed case also includes a removable colour window for easy selection and a quick touch up through out the day. The Metallic Lipsticks are designed to add some shimmer and shine to your lips and are also infused with Vitamins A & E to protect and prevent drying.

 Unfortunately I recived 2 shades of Red... and I'm sure you Ladies are well aware that I am a nude girl through and through, but just for you Ladies, I have pranced about my house all week (I didn't have the balls to go out with red lips ha) sporting red Lips, to be able to give you a full review.

Both these Lipsticks are intensely pigmented and glide onto my Lips. They are so smooth and creamy, the texture is gorgeous. Out of the two I prefer the Classic range as I'm not really a fan of shimmer and shine Lipsticks. I will definitely be ordering some more shades.

Onto the Lip Gloss. I received the Classic Lip gloss in a gorgeous nude shade (03). It looks quite dark in the tube so I wasn't sure what to expect, but once I applied it, I was surprised of how well it actually looked on my Lips. They are non sticky, which is always a bonus and smell gorgeous!!! I will definitely be ordering some more of these.

The Shadow stick is gorgeous shade of blue. Once again these are infused with Vitamins A & E. The pigmentation on these is rather bloody fantastic. I can admit I haven't actually used this on my eyes yet, but I can tell you that the swatch on my hand literally would not budge, even with a wet wipe! I plan to order myself a nice shade of brown, so I will be able to give you a proper review of these once Ive tried and tested it on my eyes.

The Nail Polishes are in shades 82 which is a gorgeous shimmery, finely glittered Red and 02 which is a pinkish beige nude. Both are free of Toluene and Phthalate. Be sure to keep an eye out for these 2 polishes featured in a NOTD post.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with all the products I received and plan to make myself an order very soon. Unfortunately Glamorous Cosmetics are only available for UK customers through their website. At the moment they are currently running a promotion for free international shipping to help build the brand and gain exposure, so I would seize your chance now Ladies and place an order. Right now they are in the process of revamping their website and it will have a new look and feel sometime later this month. However I don't think this should effect ordering.
