Summers approaching and I want to be toned. Yep toned not tanned. Well I want to be tanned too ha, but if Im honest Im dreading the thought of summer clothes, vest tops etc, no more hiding under my loose jumpers, keeping the flabby stomach under wraps. I want a nice toned stomach, it really is time to get rid of my baby belly.
Im useless at sit ups. Can't find the time to do them, never stick to a routine etc, so if theres an easier option to help me gain the toned flat stomach I long for Im willing to try it. Here's where the AB Gym Belt comes in.

The AB Gym belt has been specifically designed to tone and firm your muscles by electronically stimulating them to contract, while you simply lie back and relax. Sounds bloody perfect to me!
Stetting from Monday Im going to be using the AB Belt daily, for around 3-4 weeks. After this time, I will be showing the results (if any) and giving a full review of the product. Im going to include before and after pics, so make sure you're ready for that... the before pics might be a bit ugly ha!

ReplyDeleteI've seen so many commercials/ads for this type of thing and always think pfft..like some kind of vibrating belt is going to help anybody get a flat stomach! But maybe it works...looking forward to seeing any results!

ReplyDeletemy mum has somthing like this its realy werid at first you have to get use to it, dint use it long enuf to see results so not a clue if they work..only feeling i can describe it as its like a short sharp shock to your abs
