NYX BLack Label Lipstick in India.

On the search for peach coloured Lippies, I decided to purchase NYX Black Label in India. Its quite popular amongst the beauty community as being a nice creamy neutral peach shade.

Unfortunately India isn't quite what I thought it would be. Its definitely a lot more orange toned than I expected.  It really doesn't work well with my skin tone and sways more to the orange side than the peach. If applied very lightly with literally one swipe across each lip, I can just about pull it off but I still can't get the soft peach shade I was hoping for :( I am going to have a play around with it though, nude my lips out etc and then apply this over the top. See what I can come up with.

Tomorrow I'll be posting how India compares to Orange Soda, another NYX Lippie.

  2. Hope you manage to find a working mix! I don't think this shade would work with my skin tone either but I'm looking forward to seeing what India looks like! x

  5. Have you tried YSL'd Rouge Pur 148 Tea Rose? That's a perfect peachy nude. Shame you don't like this one, it looks really pretty in your swatch xx

  8. I do love the colour of that. Looks peachy. Shame about the orangey side to it, maybe pair it with a lipgloss to neutralise the orange?
