Lanolips to launch in the UK!

I'm sure most of you have already heard about the cult Australian product Lanolips. But just in case you haven't, I'll give you a quick run down.... because I'm kind like that.

Lanolips 101 is a Lip Ointment, but it is unlike any other Lip Ointment on the market. Lanolips 101 Lip Ointment is comprised of 100% ULTRA Medical Grade lanolin. Pure Ultra Medical Grade lanolin is the cream of the crop. It’s the Rolls Royce of lanolin. There are many grades of lanolin, and the lanolin contained in Lanolips is simply the best possible grade in the world.

So what is Lanolin and what are the benefits of Lanolin?

Lanolin is a natural product of the wool industry. It is a substance extracted from the fleece once it has been removed from an unharmed sheep once the sheep have been shorn.

Lanolin is natures oldest and most effective moisturiser. It is super hydrating holding up to 200% of its weight in water. Its suitable for the most sensitive skin. It also Accelerates the repair of damaged skin.

So why is Lanolips 101 Lip Ointment so popular?

Because not only is it one of the best products you can use, to help care for your lips. It also has a lot of other uses. It can be used on dry skin, minor cuts, Psoriasis, cracked heels, sunburn, dry cuticles, the list really does go on and on. It can always be used with your favourite Lipstick to turn it into a gloss. Just apply your lipstick and then add Lanolips 101 Ointment over the top. Unlike other glosses Ive tried in the past, which are super sticky this isn't.

The range of Lanolips also in includes Lanolips Lip Ointment With Colour.

Lip Ointment with colour Contains over 60% Medical Grade lanolin. The rest of the product is made up of Pure pigment, Vitamin E and some natural oils. They also contain SPF 15 for sun protection.

Available in five colours, Rose, Sunshine, Dark Honey, Rhubarb and the one I have Apples, which is described as the colour of babies lips.

Previously Lanolips products were only available in Australia, but the good news is that from the end of September 2010, Lanolips will be available to purchase in the UK from http://www.victoriahealth.com/. Prices will be £10.99 for the Lanolips 101 Ointment and £7.99 for the Lanolips Lip Oitnment with Colour SPF15. From November the product will also be available from Boot.com then in Boots stores from January 2011.

I definitely intend to order myself another Lip Ointment with Colour in the shade Rose. Described as a lovely dusky pink for an every day healthy look. How about you? Have you tried Lanolips? Do you intend to make an order? Let me know!

I've never tried it, but Apples looks lovely and like a break from my norm of either vibrant pinks or nudes. Might have to give it a go
