As Ive mentioned in the past, I tend not to swap and change my hair care products. Ive been lucky enough to find products that work really well for me, so I tend to stick with what I know. However Umberto Giannini Back Comb in a Bottle is one product I do want to try.
I thought I would show you a few of my most re-purchased hair products.
Sebastian Thickefy Foam (£15.49) -
This is probably my most favourite hair care product. I have very fine hair, but a lot of it. Its so hard to manage when freshly washed, as its just too thin and flyaway. Its a liquid to foam product, it looks liquid in the bottle but comes out of a foam. Before I blow dry my hair, this product is a necessity for me. I simply apply a small amount all through my hair then blow dry like normal and my hair is instantly thicker, more manageable and has an amazing amount of volume. Even after straightening the volume remains.
Aussie Volume Conditioning Mousse (£4.59) -
I use this combined with the Thickefy Foam when Im going out a night out and I want some serious volume in my hair, instead of it looking limp and lifeless. The two products work fantastic together. Unlike other mousses, it doesn't leave any stiff feeling in my hair, it just leaves it soft and bouncy, smelling gorgeous and looking shiny and healthy.
Sebastian Shaper Zero Gravity Hairspray (£11.79) -
Another Sebastian product I love is their Zero Gravity Hairspray. I tend to have my hair in a messy up do through the week. Its simply pulled up out of my way. I still like to set it with a hairspray though just to keep it looking a bit tidier. Zero Gravity is promoted for use on fine hair. Its incredibly lightweight but holds my hair in place whether its up or down, without any sign of product being apparent in my hair. A can of this always seems to last me ages as well, probably due to the fact that only a small amount is needed.
Sebastian products can be purchased from Beauty Bay and Aussie products from Boots.
Have you tried any of these products? Do you have any hair care products that you continue to re-purchase?

ReplyDeleteI really want to try backcomb in a bottle too!! The Sebastian thickey foam sounds fab! xx
ReplyDeleteThis post is SO helpful for me! My hair is really fine and quite long, and I'm always having problems with volume ): No matter what way I dry it, it ends up flat and lifeless. I'll definitely be trying out these products at some point :D xxx
