Guest Review - Murad Pomegranate Exfoliating Mask

Today the lovely Nicoletta from Nicoletta's Beauty Space is guest reviewing for me. Nicoletta has a fantastic blog, she is stunning, post great FOTD, great OOTD and produces fantastic product reviews.

Without further ado here's Nicoletta's review -

I was so excited when Jo asked me if i would like to be a guest reviewer for one of the products from the Murad range. Thank you Jo.

Murad is a brand that i have heard nothing but good reports about and have been dying to try some of the products for so long that i was over the moon when my little package arrived with a box of Pomegranate Exfoliating Masks.

The box contains 6 little sachets of the Mask containing 7.5ml in each one. I found when using the mask that 1 sachet was plenty to achieve at least 2 full face applications and i like the fact that the masks are packaged like this so easy to take away for travel and nice and hygienic.

I have used a face mask on and off since my teenage years which as most of you know is a long time ago lol. I do not stick with the one brand as i have never really found one which seems to actively do much. I just use them because i am told they are good for my skin?

The first thing i noticed about the mask was the gorgeous smell as i opened the packet. You get a lovely gentle fragrance of pomegranate. Nothing too overpowering but a lovely fresh and fruity uplifting scent.

The mask applies as a clear gel like substance which feels cool and refreshing on the skin. The first time i applied it i felt a slight tingly sensation which convinced me that the product was working, i was a little worried at first as i thought it might be a reaction to the mask.

The mask does dry but it's not a tight feeling like some masks create and it washes off really easily which i like. My skin after the first application looked instantly brighter and felt really lovely and soft. My pores looked slightly tighter as well. I have been using this mask twice a week and i can see a definite improvement in the clarity of my skin. I have also been using a good skin cleansing system everyday and this combination seems to really be suiting my skin. I have less spots, my blackheads are reducing and my skin generally looks brighter and feels calmer.

Thank you so much Jo for sending this little Gem my way, this is a great product from Murad that i am so lucky to have tried.

Thank you Nicoletta for the fantastic review.
