Quick and easy cleansing with Caudalie Cleansing Water

Although Im pretty strict with my nightly cleansing routine, I can be lazy with my morning cleansing routine. Well not so much lazy but sometimes Im pushed for time and just need something quick and effective to cleanse my face and get rid of any over night oil etc and get my skin ready for the preparation of make up. I can be known to even reach for cleansing wipes. Not the best kind of cleansing product to reach for, but when in a rush they get the job done.

The product Ive been reaching for lately though is Caudalie Cleansing Water.



"This micellar water cleanses and removes make-up thoroughly yet gently. Micellar water captures dirt like tiny "dirt magnets" and sweeps it away without rubbing. This high-tolerance formula is suitable for even the most sensitive skin, thanks to its soothing and hydrating active ingredients. Main ingredients: Extracts of grape for a glowing complexion, moisturising plant glycerine, soothing alpha bisobolol (camomile extracts) toning mint, caraway, galbanum"

I seriously love this product! Its so quick and easy to use, yet effective. Simply soak a cotton wool pad and wipe over the face.  No rinsing is necessary. After use my face feels so fresh and thoroughly cleansed. The product is scented, but its not a heavy over powering scent, just a nice soft pleasant scent. The scent actually helps to perk me up in the mornings and the product itself seems to perk my skin up too. I will be honest and say I haven't actually tried this to remove my daily make up as I prefer to use a cream cleanser and a muslin cloth to remove my heavy make up. I have however read glowing reviews on the product in the past, one being from British Beauty Blogger.

I would definitely recommend if like me, you prefer a simple yet effective morning cleansing routine. I doubt you will be dissapointed.

  2. I know that feeling when you can get a bit lazy in the morning, it all seems a lot more of a rush job.

  4. Hey hun, im just catching up on your blog. I'm using the instantly foaming cleanser at the mo hun from Caudalie, i love it, but dont like the price. The producst smell good though
