Just a few nail stickers and I added a gem to each finger too. Subtle but pretty I thought.

What do you think?

My fail safe Lippie.

MakeupLover recently done a post explaining which Lipstick was her "safe" lipstick, you know the one, the one we all run too when we can't decide on what Lippie to wear etc. So I thought I'd do the same post and show you my fail safe Lippie.

ELF Natural Nymph

Ha... you can tell its well loved.

Out of all the Lipsticks I own, ranging from drugstore to high end, Natural Nymph is most probably my favourite and the one I turn to most. Shade wise, its a gorgeous creamy beige type of colour with slight hints of pink when on my lips. A lot of people seem to find this Lipstick drying, but for me its far from it, its soft and creamy, applies really well and has good staying power. Basically its just a lipstick that I love, and its damn cheap too, which is always a bonus!

So whats your fail safe Lipstick Ladies?

The boy did good!

While out shopping with Gareth last weekend, I asked him to choose me a new nail polish in Boots. Of all the stands to choose from he came back with Boots 17 in Parma Violet. I was a bit disappointed if Im honest ha, as he chose a pastel and pastels tend not to suit me, but my boy did good... I love it! Its everything I was hoping Barry M's Pale Purple to be.

Each pic is 2 coats and a top coat.

Are you a fan of pastel nails?

Revlon Colorburst Lipstick.

I was excited about these Lipsticks as soon as I saw they had been released in the states. Although they are due to be released here in the UK next month, I was a bit disappointed after I read Lipglossipings post and found out they wouldn't be releasing all 20 shades here and only 13 shades would be available. Typical eh, we always get the short straw!!!!

Anyway, after finding out that bit of information I decided to place an online order, as the shade Ive been lusting over most, Soft Nude won't be released here. I couldn't find an eBay seller selling Soft Nude on its own, so I ended up ordering a batch of three shades.

L-R Soft Nude, Peach, Baby Pink.

Soft Nude is exactly how the name described. Its a soft beige toned nude. Very similar to MAC's cream de nude when on my Lips.

Peach is a gorgeous shade. Quite sheer at first but easily buiildable for a more intense colour.

Baby Pink is slightly frosty but still a gorgeous shade of pink. Im quite apprehensive with pink lipstick, as normally I can't pull pink lipstick off and find most of the shades Ive tried to look too much of a barbie pink on my Lips. This is a lot more subtle and an easy wearable pink.

Overall Im really pleased with these Lipsticks. Gorgeous chic packaging, highly pigmented, even colour payoff, smooth and creamy to apply, basically they rival a lot of the high end lipsticks I own.

I defintely plan to purchase a few more shades once they arrive here in the UK

Models Own Blusher in Warm Glow.

While out and about over the weekend, I managed to find a Boots that stocked the Models Own range. I have quite a few of their Nail Polishes but nothing from their make up range, so I thought I'd have a nosey and see if anything caught my eye.

Unfortunate nothing seemed to catch my eye apart the nude lipstick (what a surprise) , which I couldn't swatch as there was no tester and one of their blushes in the shade Warm Glow.

I already knew I'd be picking up this blush after I saw Phoebe's post in which she stated that its similar to Benefit Coralista, which I adore. Phoebe was right, Warm Glow is very like Coralista at less than half the price. Its a warm peachy pink shade with a slight golden sheen. Coralista is slightly lighter than Warm Glow, but they are defintely very similar and both give the same gorgeous glow on the cheeks.

If you was thinking of Purchasing Coralista, I'd say opt for the Models own Warm Glow instead first. At only £5 I doubt you will regret it. For the price is highly pigmented plus it will give you a hint of what Coralista is like and if it suits you without forking out the £21.50 price tag.

A new nude is added to the collection..

Estee Lauder Pure Colour Lipstick in Vanilla Truffle.

The lovely Marcia is to blame for this little beauty becoming part of my life. As soon as I saw it on one of her recent YT videos I knew I had to have it.

Im always on the lookout for another nude to add to my collection and this is by far the ULTIMATE nude lipstick. Its a true nude beige colour and is just perfect for my skin tone. Paired with my staple smokey eyes it looks fantastic. Soft and creamy it applies like a dream and feels like luxury on my lips. Its my first Estee Lauder Lipstick and it definitely won't be my last. It is a bit pricey at £16.50 but worth every penny, heaven in a Lipstick.

I purchased mine direct from the Estee Lauder Website and 2 genouse sample products were also included in my order.

Sensuous Perfume and Double Wear Zero Smudge Lengthening Mascara. Looking forward to trying out the mascara. A full review will follow.

Way to cock up my order Superdrug.

I placed an online order with Superdrug for a tanning mitt and for some MUA Nail Polishes. I already have a couple and can't grumble as for £1 they are pretty good quality.

I ordered 3 in total. Shade 12, shade 3 and shade 4.

The one I was most looking forward to getting was this one, shade 4.

My package just arrived, so I eagerly ripped it open, you know.. like you do and saw my 3 polishes.

Left to right - Shades: 9, 3, 12.

Hmmmm..... so wheres my nice peachy coral shade eh? Well Its not there because they sent me Shades 3 9 and 12. No number 4! I got shade 9 instead of shade 4 and as you can see shade 9 is virtually the same as shade 3... great!

The one polish I really wanted and its not there. Grrrrrrr not happy! No point returning shade 9 in return for shade 4, its probably cost me more in postage.

Anyway....Im off to sulk now and my head hurts with all the damn numbers.

A few things from ASOS.

Just thought I'd show you the few things I ordered from ASOS which arrived today. My camera unfortunately didn't want to play ball this morning, so Ive decided to show you the one picture I managed to take that was decent enough and then the actual items listed on the ASOS site.

Tan Side Zip Slouch bag -  £25 down from £32

Long Interlinking Metal Rings Pendant - £6 down from £10

Mango Marl Bandeau Top £9.90 - Can't get enough of Bandeau tops for Summer.

Im really pleased with all items, especially the ones I got on sale. Love a bargain! Im especially pleased with the bag, as it has 2 zip side pockets, which my phone and some lippie will fit nicely in. No more rummaging in the bottom of my bag when my phones ringing or when I need a lippie top up ha! Just open the side zip and its all easy access... perfect!

Nail Polish lovers step inside - I need a little help!

Ok Ladies, I need your help. I NEED nail polish recommendations, for a shade that is as close as can be to the polish pictured below.

Please excuse the tip wear and overall look of my nails, they need changing ha!

This a just a cheap polish from Superdrugs MUA range. The reason why I need a dupe is because Im seriously wearing the shit out of this polish and the bottle is soo tiny, its not going to last me much longer with the way Im going. I don't have a Superdrug near me that stocks the MUA range, so it'd mean me constantly ordering online for a 99p polish!  So Im thinking if I get me a dupe, then the quality will be a lot better (as you can see above, Ive got quite a bit of tip wear after only 2 days) plus the bottle will be a lot bigger.

I actually thought I was onto a winner the other day, when I picked up one of Sleeks new polishes, as you can see though, its not a match :(

The Sleek one is a lot more of a Turquoise colour, the MUA one is more of a Mint Green type of colour. So yeah.... any ideas Ladies?
