When a product claims to "Exude health and vitality" to the skin. I'm sold.
The more older I get, the more I notice my skin not having that same natural radiance that it used to have when I was in my 20's. So when I find a product that gives me that glow back and makes my skin look radiant and healthy. It deserves to be raved about.
I introduced Elemis Pro-Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm to my skincare shelf a few weeks ago and I love it. Any product that is multitasking gets the thumbs up from me.
Basically its a primer/moisturiser/highlighter in one.
To be honest, I'm not actually sure if its meant to be applied over moisturiser or if its intended to go it alone and act as a moisturiser. I have oily/combination skin and have found that I only need to use a very small amount of moisturiser before using this. If you have overly oily skin, I'd skip using a moisturiser and go straight in with this after cleansing. Its Formulated with a powerful vitamin complex that helps protect against moisture loss, so oilier skin types will probably find their skin has just the right amount of moisture in it, to use this on its own.
Once I apply my foundation, that's when I really see this product work its magic. I'm not sure how it does it, but my skin just looks so god damn good! Like its just had an injection of " skin glow" shot into it. I also find my foundation stays intact for a little while longer than normal when using this.
I don't use it daily, as I am prone to breakouts and I don't like to overload my face with a lot of unnecessary products, plus I'm not too worried about not having nice dewy skin if I'm only doing the school run. I tend to use it when I want my skin to extra good. It seems a waste to use it just for normally day to day activities. I doubt anyone at the school gates or in Tesco would notice if my skin had a glow about it or not.
Available from Time To Spa priced at £32.00 for 50ml
